JAKARTA. Two companies are said to be stand-by buyers for the 6 billion Series B shares issued in the private placement of PT Tiga Pilar Food Tbk (AISA).
According to the disclosure published on Monday (28/9), the two companies are PT Pangan Sejahtera Investama (Pasti) and PT Asta Askara Sentosa (Askara).
PT Pangan Sejahtera Invstama had stated that it will take 3.72 billion of the new series B shares. Meanwhile, Askara, which is a subsidiary of Pasti, will take 800 million shares.
As of 28 September 2020, AISA has not mentioned any party that will take the remaining 1.47 billion shares.
The extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (EGMS) which will be held on Wednesday (30/9) will decide the private placement plan. (AM/AR)
