JAKARTA - Indra Jaya Rajagukguk, a loyalist of President Joko "Jokowi" Widodo from President Jokowi Supporters' Front (Bara JP) was appointed to the board of commissioners of PT PP Presisi Tbk (PPRE), a subsidiary of state-owned construction firm PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk, at an EGM on Thursday (8/10).
According to a press release published on Friday (9/10), the company's shareholders approved two agendas at the EGM, namely appointing two new commissioners and one new director - Mohammad Toha Fauzi replacing Agus Purbianto as President Commissioner, Indra Jaya Rajagukguk replacing Graha Yudha Andarano Putra Pratama as Independent Commissioner, and Muhammad Darwis Hamzah replacing Gatut Krituharto as Director.
PPRE's board of directors consists of Rully Noviandar as President Director and Benny Pidakso, M. Wira Zukhrial, and Mr Hamzah as directors, while its board of commissioners consists of Mr Fauzi as President Commissioner, Mr Rajagukguk as Independent Commissioner, and Rukmini and Triastuti as commissioners.
Mr Rajagukguk has been a Bara JP representation in Jakarta. A graduate of Padjadjaran University in Bandung, he has also been involved with several community organisations. (LK/MS)
