JAKARTA. PT Mora Telematics Indonesia (Moratelindo), a telecommunications infrastructure company, announced that it had received a credit facility from PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI) worth Rp 240 billion.

Henry Rizard Rumopa, Moratelindo's corporate secretary, explained that the credit facility is a non-revolving one. The credit facility agreement was signed on 20 October 2020.

Rumopa added that the credit facility would be used to support a number of activities, including business development and capital expenditure. "With the credit facility, the company now has the support for business expansion, which has the potential to increase the company's liquidity and profits," said Rumopa through a disclosure published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange's website.

In addition, Rumopa also stated that the loan facility did not affect the various credit agreements that had been signed by the company. "The company still meets the financial ratio requirements as stipulated in the PWA OB (Bond Trustee), PWA SI I (Sukuk Trustee) I, PWA SI II, PWA SI III, and other credit agreements," said Rumopa.
