Perumnas issued MTN of IDR 200 billion

JAKARTA. Perum Perumnas (Persero) issued Medium Term Notes (MTN) worth IDR 200 billion through Perumnas Limited Offer Year 2020 A Series.

According to securities registration information at Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI), the MTN was offered at a fixed interest rate of 6% per annum with 7 years tenor.

In this MTN issuance, Perumnas appointed PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat and Banten Tbk (BJBR) as monitoring agents. Meanwhile, PT Bahana Sekuritas was appointed as the manager.

For information, Perumnas is a State Owned Enterprise (BUMN) whose shares are wholly owned by the Government of Indonesia. Perumnas has a main business in forming residential areas in strategic new cities. (KR/VA)
