Buana Finance received an IDR 100 billion credit facility from Victoria Bank

JAKARTA. PT Buana Finance Tbk (BBLD), a financing company under PT Bank UOB Indonesia and Bank of Singapore Limited, recently obtained a credit facility from PT Bank Victoria International Tbk (BVIC) with a principal value of IDR 100 billion.

Ahmad Khaetami, BBLD Corporate Secretary, stated that the credit facility signing took place on Monday (29/3). “The said credit facility would have the company’s accounts receivable as the guarantee,” Khaetami explained further in the disclosure of IDX earlier today.

According to idnfinancials.com data, Bank UOB Indonesia owned 67.60% of BBLD shares while Bank of Singapore Limited has 5.57% of the shares. Then, public investors owned the remaining 26.87%.

The total of accounts receivable owned by BBLD was IDR 2.76 trillion by September 30, 2020. Meanwhile, BBLD’s assets currently reached IDR 4.28 trillion. (KR/ZH)
