JAKARTA - PT Adhi Commuter Properti, a subsidiary of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (ADHI) is aiming for IDR 500 billion in fresh funds via bond issuance, which will be used to purchase land in the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) area. This was conveyed by Rizkan Firman, President Director of PT Adhi Commuter Properti (ACP) in Jakarta, Thursday (15/4).
"Adhi Commuter Properti will use the funds from the bonds to expand the land bank and fund a number of property projects," he said.
The plan is for the Bond offering to be conducted on 11-17 May 2021, after receiving an effective statement from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) on 7 May 2021.
According to him, the demand for housing in the TOD area is increasing, especially for residents who are active in Jakarta and live in the Tangerang, Bekasi, Depok and Bogor areas. Currently, ACP has 13 residential projects in the TOD area in Jabodetabek with a land bank of 140 hectares (Ha). (LK/LM)
