JAKARTA – The Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) anointed Ayodhia GL Kalake as a member of the Commissary Board of PT Pembangungan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk (PTPP), replacing Letjen (Purn) Sumardi. This decision was made during the Annual General Shareholders Meeting yesterday (25/5). Kalake placement is expected to improve the supervision over PTPP directors’ performances.
As quoted in a press conference, Thursday (27/5), Yuyus Juarsa, the Corporate Secretary of PTPP, announced that the Series-A stockholder, Dwiwarna, suggested changing the structure of the boards of commissary and directors of PTPP.
Ayodhia G Kalake is currently working as a Deputy of Infrastructure and Transportation Coordination of the Coordinating Ministry of Maritime and Investment Affairs (Kemenko Marves). Prior to this position, Kalake used to be the Assistant Deputy of Maritime Zone Delimitation and Border Area of Kemenko Marves.
Besides Kalake, BUMN Ministry also changed the nomenclature of the boards of directors. It also assigned Sinur Linda Gustina Manurung to the Director of Corporation and HCM Strategic of PTPP. (LK/ZH)
