JAKARTA. PT Victoria Care Indonesia Tbk (VICI), a cosmetic and bathroom supplies manufacturer and distributor, would give out interim dividends totalling IDR 23.48 billion.
Henny Soetanto, Financial Director of VICI, claimed that this arrangement had been decided by the company’s boards of directors. “It also had been approved by boards of commissioners on October 4, 2021,” he further added in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange earlier today (6/10).
The interim dividends would be channelled out to the shareholders officially listed on the Shareholder List by October 18, 2021, at 4 PM. The dividend set for every share equals IDR 3.5.
The management had set the cum dividend date in the regular and negotiation market to October 14, 2021, and October 18, 2021, for the cash market. Meanwhile, the dividend payment would be made on October 25, 2021.
According to idnfinancials.com data, VICI managed to score a net profit of IDR 67.54 billion by the end of the first half of 2021. As of June 30, 2021, the company’s unrestricted retained earnings were reported to reach IDR 270.15 billion. (KR/ZH)
