JAKARTA. PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA) recorded revenue of IDR 17.07 trillion throughout January-September (9M) 2021. It grew 24.6% year-on-year (yoy).
This growth was mainly supported by the performances of its trading sector, oil fuel distribution sector, and industrial zone business sector. The revenue coming from the trading and fuel distribution sector was reported to increase 23.8% yoy to IDR 15.75 trillion, while the industrial zone business sector generated revenue 107.2% yoy higher to IDR 391.62 billion.
On the contrary, AKRA’s revenue in the logistic service by 9M was reported to deplete 7.7% yoy to IDR 484.12 billion. In the same period last year, the revenue flowing in from this sector amounted to IDR 524.49 billion.
This gain in revenue by September 2021 had boosted AKRA’s net profit 19.77% yoy to IDR 796.99 billion. In the same period last year, AKRA’s net profit only reached IDR 665.41 billion. (KR/ZH)
