JAKARTA – PT Mitrabahtera Segara Sejati Tbk (MBSS) makes haste of its loan term payment of USD 9.06 million in total to PT Bank Permata Tbk (BNLI). The maturity period of the said loan-term facility is set to 2022 and 2025.
In the information disclosure quoted Monday (29/11), Emy Oktavia, Corporate Secretary of Mitrabahtera Segara Sejati, confirmed that the said facility comprises a term loan of USD 5 million, maturing by October 29, 2025, and another term loan due on February 10, 2025. “Starting last week (24/11), the company has no longer any obligations towards the bank regarding the bank facility,” she reaffirmed.
In the Financial Report of Q2 2021, this company reported cash equivalents in rupiah and US dollar of USD 24.90 million and no debt owed to Bank Permata. The bank debt was listed in the Financial Report of December 2020, amounting to USD 7.5 million and being paid back in January 2021. (LK/ZH)
