JAKARTA – The Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of PT Zebra Nusantara Tbk (ZBRA) that takes place today (7/3) agrees to change the company’s name to PT Dosni Roha Indonesia Tbk.
David Widiantoro, Corporate Secretary of Zebra Nusantara, claimed that the new name was approved in acclamation by shareholders that represent 2,288,280,520 shares, or 91.14% of the entire shares, with valid votes. “The meeting agrees on the amendment of Article 1 Paragraph 1 of the Articles of Association of the company regarding the company’s title,” he confirmed in the information disclosure quoted Monday (7/3).
As of January 31, 2022, ZBRA’s shares amounted to 2,510,706,263 units, 63.21% of which belonged to Trinity Healthcare. B. Rudijanto Tanoesoedibjo claimed another 5.74%, followed by PT Maybank Sekuritas of 14.07% and the public of 17.25%. (LK/ZH)
