Clover Universal divested its entire 14.95% of CENT

JAKARTA. Clover Universal Enterprise Ltd, one of the shareholders of PT Centratama Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (CENT), divested its shares. It sold off its entire share percentage in CENT of 14.95%.

The number of divested shares amounted to 4,661,721,616 units, which were sold for IDR 227 each on March 23, 2022. With this divestment, Clover Universal Enterprise gained fresh funds of IDR 1.05 trillion. CENT management confirmed the news in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) yesterday (23/3).

Sua Fong Cha, Director of Clover Unversal Enterprise, claimed that the purpose of the said transaction is purely divestment of direct ownership status.

By the end of February 2022, CENT was controlled by EP ID Holdings Pte Lts of 76.79%, Clover Universal Enterprise Ltd of 14.95%, and the public of 8.25%. (AM/ZH)
