PP Presisi’s profit grew 26.86% in Q1 2022

JAKARTA – PT PP Presisi Tbk (PPRE) recorded current year’s profit of IDR 39.18 billion in Q1 2022, approximately IDR 8.3 billion higher (26.86%) than the number reported in the same period in 2021 of IDR 30.88 billion. This accomplishment resulted from the increase in revenue, as the construction sector is slowly revived following the COVID-19 endemic status progress.

In its Financial Statement of Q1 2022 published earlier today (29/4), Rully Noviandar, President Director of PP Presisi, mentioned that the company’s revenue clocked up to IDR 829.79 billion in Q1 2022, increasing from IDR 665.58 billion in Q1 2021. The revenue came from the construction segment of IDR 753.45 billion, the ready-mix segment of IDR 47.54 billion, and the equipment rental segment of IDR 28.79 billion. For reference, in Q1 2021, the construction segment generated IDR 561.55 billion, followed by the ready-mix segment of IDR 63.59 billion, and the equipment rental segment of IDR 40.44 billion.

The customers with contributions over 10% to the total revenue of PPRE are PT PP (Persero) Tbk (PTPP), a related party, that brought in IDR 203.37 billion, and PT Translingkar Kita Jaya, a third party, that gave IDR 322.04 billion. Geographically, Central Java, East Java, and Kalimantan contributed the most with IDR 323.62 billion, followed by the market in Jakarta and West Java of IDR 232.34 billion, Sumatra of IDR 149.36 billion, as well as Bali, East Nusa Tenggara, Sulawesi, Gorontalo, Maluku and Papua of IDR 124.46 billion.
