JAKARTA – PT Formosa Ingredient Factory Tbk (BOBA) obtains a new contract to manufacture and package products of PT Quacker Indonesia. This cooperation contract will add to BOBA’s income this year.
Dewi Irianty Wijaya, Vice President Director of Formosa Ingredient Factory, mentioned that this collaboration plan was finalised two weeks ago (27/4). The contract demands BOBA to produce, package, and store some particular products to be sold to Quaker. “This agreement will provide additional value to the company’s shareholders,” she revealed in the information disclosure quoted today (17/5).
This partnership will then add to the company portfolio of its users, which has consisted of Hokben, KFC, McDonalds, Excelso, Kopi Lain Hati, Xiboba, Kokumi, and other modern retail stores. The third parties covered 80.88% of the total revenue of the company, amounting to IDR 74.19 billion. It comprised food and beverages of IDR 74.59 billion and machine sales of IDR 50 billion.
BOBA’s users with over 10% contribution to the revenue include PT Pangan Nikmat Abadi, PT Kreasi Aneka Minuman, PT Kurniamitra Duta Sentosa Tbk, and PT Inspirasi Bisnis Nusantara. (LK/ZH)
