JAKARTA. PT Hasnur Internasional Shipping Tbk (HAIS), a transportation company under ASNUR Group, arranges a dividend distribution of IDR 10.49 billion taken out of the 2021 net profit.
Dwita Amelia Lestari, Corporate Secretary of HAIS, stated that said plan has gained approval from the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of the company held earlier last week. In this meeting did the shareholders agree to allocate said 30% of the net profit in 2021 as cash dividends.
The dividend will be distributed to HAIS’s shareholders who have been recorded in the Shareholders List by the recording date, which will fall on June 15, 2022. Every share owned by them will be granted a dividend of IDR 3.99 in return.
In 2021, HAIS reportedly collected a net profit of IDR 34.96 billion. Additionally, its retained earnings clocked up to IDR 22.72 billion, while its total equity reached IDR 432.59 billion.
As of March 31, 2022, PT Nur Internasional Samudra controls 40.80% of HAIS’s shares. Meanwhile, PT Hasnur Jaya International has a claim over 28% of the shares, followed by Jayanti Sari’s portion of 5.60%, Zainal Hadi HAS HB of 5.60%, and public investors of 20%. (KR/ZH)
