JAKARTA – PT Satria Antaran Pima Tbk (SPAX) plans to place another 4,000 counter agents in order to boost the delivery volume this year. Soon, the total counter agents of this company will reach 14,000 units by the end of this year.
In a public expose quoted Thursday (9/6), Budiyanto Darmastono, President Director of Satria Antaran Prima, claimed that this company has been involved in the commerce-to-commerce (C2C) business since 2019. “It includes leading the micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in rural areas,” he added.
The management expects the increase in package delivery by 30% from 150,000 packages per day to 250,000 packages per day by establishing more counter agents.
It is also mentioned that his company has allocated the capital expenditure budget of IDR 170 billion to fund the factory construction and land bank acquisition. The capex budget is taken out of the internal cash of the company, aided by bank credis. Its net profit this year, reaching IDR 45 billion in total, will be entirely dedicated to investment purposes in the form of a factory establishment of 23,000 m2 (2.3 hectares).
“The realisation of the capex budget that has been secured from bank loan amounts to IDR 13 billion,” Darmastono revealed further. (LK/ZH)
