JAKARTA – PT Prime Asia Capital (PAC) sold off 7.78% of its portion in PT Mitra Investindo Tbk (MITI) in two separate transactions last week (14-15/6). Diah Pertiwi Gandhi, Corporate Secretary of MITI, announced the news in the information disclosure quoted Tuesday (21/6).
The shares in the transaction amounted to 190 million units with an average price of IDR 118.5 each or IDR 22.69 billion in total. On June 14, 2022, the transaction involved 120 million shares worth IDR 14.65 billion, cumulatively, while another transaction on June 15, 2022, discharged 70 million share for IDR 115 each.
PAC’s portion in MITI is depleted to 69.31% or 1,693,367,137 shares from the original 77.09% or 1,883,367,137 shares. MITI’s shares outstanding in May 2022 reportedly reached 2,442,988,366 units. PAC controlled 77.09% of them, followed by Andreas Tjahjadi of 5.12% and the public of 17.79%. (LK/ZH)
