JAKARTA. PT Perma Plasindo Tbk (BINO), an office supplies manufacturer and distributor, announced the plan of dividend distribution, sending out dividends of IDR 0.99 per share or IDR 2.18 billion in total.
Lie Fonda, Director of BINO, claimed that said plan follows the result of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of BINO held last month. In said meeting, the shareholders approve the plan of allocating 63.9% of the 2021 net profit as cash dividends.
The cash dividend will be sent out to BINO’s shareholders who have entered the Official Shareholders List by July 12, 2022. Then, the actual disbursement will take place on August 3, 2022.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, BINO scored a net profit of IDR 3.4 billion in 2021 and managed to secure retained earnings of IDR 14.5 billion.
For context, BINO was officially publicly listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) last November. In its IPO, the company managed to bag fresh funds of IDR 60 billion. (KR/ZH)
