PPRE hit 47% of new contract target in H1 2022

JAKARTA – PT PP Presisi Tbk (PPRE) secured new contracts worth a total of IDR 2.74 trillion at the end of the first half of 2022. Said number included contracts newly obtained in June 2022 worth IDR 661.9 billion.

Rully Noviandar, President Director of PP Presisi, confirmed that the contract in H1 2022 had reached 47% of the total target set for this year of IDR 5.9 trillion. “Approximately 95.8% of the new contracts were obtained from parties outside Housing Development Group of PTPP, while the remaining portion came from internal projects,” he specified in the press release quoted today (16/8).

According to Noviandar, said accomplishment indicated the company’s competitiveness in the external market. Furthermore, it reaffirms PPRE’s position as the top contactor in the mining and construction services in Indonesia.

The new contracts came in from various businesses. Approximately 55.95% of them came from civil work, while 40.33% other came from mining business and 3.84% from supplementary business lines such as production plant, heavy equipment, and structure work ptojects.

“We hope these new contracts will generate a high burn rate, and thus optimising our sales and allowing us to reach the revenue target this year,” Noviandar stated. (LK/ZH)
