JAKARTA – PT Integra Indocabinet Tbk (WOOD), a processed wood manufacturer, recorded a profit growth of 35.27% in the first half of 2022 following the surge in its revenue, especially in the building component segment’s sales in the export market.

Quoting its Financial Statement of H1 2022 published today (19/8), Halim Rusli, President Director of WOOD, revealed that the current year’s profit reportedly reached IDR 300.29 billion, increasing from IDR 221.83 billion in the first half of 2021.

The profit managed to soar as well, supported by the profit before tax that grew from IDR 291.89 billion to IDR 390.45 billion. This achievement was also made possible after its foreign exchange gain proliferated from IDR 7.75 billion to IDR 20.89 billion.

Furthermore, its gross profit also experienced an upturn from IDR 673.54 billion to IDR 1.11 trillion. Likewise, its sales skyrocketed 40% year-on-year (yoy) from IDR 2.14 trillion to IDR 3.13 trillion. This positive shift of the revenue was driven by increase in the export sales of manufactured goods from IDR 2.06 trillion to IDR 3 trillion, countering the manufactured goods sales in the domestic market that were slightly slowed down from IDR 54 billion to IDR 48.6 billion.
