JAKARTA – PT Surya Dhoho Investama (SDHI), a subsidiary of PT Gudang Garam Tbk (GGRM), will become the managing company of Kediri Airport for the next 50 years, starting from the first stage of operation.
“SDHI, as a Public-Private Partnership contract holder, and Directorate-General of Civil Aviation of the Ministry of Transportation, as the Partnership Project Leader, had signed a cooperation agreement yesterday (7/9),” Heru Budiman, Director of Gudang Garam, announced in the information disclosure quoted Friday (9/9).
According to Budiman, said agreement assigned GGRM, as the project initiator, to conduct a feasibility study regarding the Public-Private Partnership of Kediri Airport. It also appoints SDHI, the official representative of the Joint Operation between GGRM and PT Angkasa Pura (Persero) I, as the public service unit (lit. Badan Layanan Usaha/BLU). (LK/ZH)
