BUKA is selling well in foreign market on October 26, 2022

JAKARTA - Although the total volume of foreign buying and selling has decreased slightly, the total net foreign is reported to remain positive at 135 million shares. What issuers are being purchased by foreign investors on October 26, 2022?

Two start-up issuers, PT Bukalapak.com Tbk (BUKA) and PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), are once more at the top of the buying list today, Wednesday (26/10). However, this time BUKA is at the top of the list with more than 250 million shares purchased, while GOTO's shares are only slightly under it, at 234 million. Interestingly, the two issuers recorded almost the same net foreign, at around 132 million shares.

Then, 91 million shares of PT Surya Citra Media Tbk (SCMA), a television broadcasting company that owns SCTV and Indosiar, were bought by foreign investors. Moreover, 55 million shares of PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG), an oil and gas company, were also purchased by foreign investors, while manufacturing company PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (BNBR) followed closely with 53 million.

On the other hand, the shares of PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) are at the peak of the highest sales today after 361 million shares were sold by foreigners. PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastuktur Tbk (BIPI) shares were also sold for about 128 million, bringing BIPI's net foreign to the lowest at minus 89 million. BBRI's shares in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk were also sold by foreigners for as many as 105 million shares. This list is then closed by PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL) and PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk (MPPA)'s shares, which were sold for around 54 and 47 million, respectively. (KD)
