JAKARTA – PT Hensel Davest Indonesia Tbk (HDIT), an investment service company, extends its financial service scope by issuing its own e-money.
In the information disclosure quoted Thursday (3/11), Ferdiana Tjahyadi, Director of Hensel Davest Indonesia, confirmed that the company had obtained the authorisation as the payment service provider, particularly the license to issue electronic money (e-money), from Bank Indonesia (BI). Said license was officially secured earlier this week (31/10).
In the letter of authorisation sent by BI to HDIT, it is said that the e-money shall be issued no later than 120 days after this approval letter. Once the 120 days have passed, the license will be annulled. (LK/ZH)
