JAKARTA – PT Siloam Hospitals Tbk (SILO) purchased two tracts of land with a total area of 11,986 m2 for IDR 218.32 billion. Those land plots will be utilised for operational activities of Siloam Hospitals Makassar (SHMK).
According to the information disclosure quoted Friday (2/12), one of the two purchased land plot used to belong to PT Sentra Sarana Karya (SSK), and it is located in Mariso, Makassar. It has a total area of 8,037 m2 worth IDR 144.6 billion. Another one, of 3,949 m2, was acquired from PT Goa Makassar Tourism Development Tbk (GMTD) for IDR 73.66 billion.
Those sellers are affiliated with SILO, in a way that GMTD and SSK share indirect and direct ownership of PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR). (LK/ZH)
