JAKARTA – PT Perintis Triniti Properti Tbk (TRIN) will gradually manage the area of Palm Hill Golf Club of 76 hectares (Ha) owned by PT Sentul Golf Utama (SGU) in Sentul, Bogor, West Java.
Ishak Chandra, President Director of TRIN, explained that the land would be managed under a joint operation (JO). “The company will provide the technical advisory regarding the know-how of the project,” he stated in the information disclosure quoted Thursday (15/12).
The JO of this land management will be based on the addendum of the cooperation agreement signed on Tuesday (13/12). In the contract, SGU is listed as the first party, while TRIN is the second party.
According to Chandra, the company has received the responsibility of the land management bit by bit since September 30, 2022. The next step in this land management process will involve business plan and feasibility study of the agreed land development.
More specifically, the business plan and feasibility study will cover the construction plan of area entrance, marketed property units, landscaping, public and social infrastructures, as well as the sales plan. (LK/ZH)
