Intiland Development guarantees IDR 300 billion sukuk with land

JAKARTA. PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD) has utilised its assets in the form of a tract of land owned by one of its subsidiaries, PT Grande Family View (GFV), as the guarantee for its Shelf-Registration Sukuk Ijarah I Phase III Year 2022.

This news was announced by Archied Noto Pradono, Director of DILD, in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) earlier today (26/12). The principal of the sukuk ijarah, which is guaranteed with GFV’s assets, reaches IDR 300 billion.

“This transaction is an excluded transaction and is not categorised as a transaction with a conflict of interests,” Pradono confirmed.

For the record, DILD intends to raise fresh funds of IDR 250 billion through the issuance of said sukuk ijarah. The proceeds will then be utilised for refinancing and reinforcing its capital structure.

According to Indonesia Central Security Depository (KSEI), the sukuk ijarah is offered in two series, A and B. The principal of each series is IDR 125 billion. While series A has an ijarah yield instalment of 10.30% per year, series B’s ijarah yield instalment is 10.60% per year. (KR/ZH)
