Djonny Saksono increases ITIC shareholding

JAKARTA – President Director and Controlling Shareholder of PT Indonesian Tobacco Tbk (ITIC), Djonny Saksono, purchased 683,500 shares on February 24, 25, and 26, 2025, at prices of IDR 236, IDR 224.01, and IDR 221.28 per share.

“The purpose of this transaction is for investment, with the status of direct shareholding,” said Djonny in an official statement to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Thursday (27/2).

Following the transaction, Djonny’s ownership in ITIC increased to 638,822,900 shares, equivalent to 67.91%, from 638,139,400 shares or 67.84%.

A few days earlier, on February 20 and 21, 2025, Djonny also purchased 428,600 ITIC shares at prices of IDR 245.27 and IDR 242 per share. (DH/ZH)
