PT PP (Persero) TBk (PTPP) was incorporated in 1953 under the name of NV Pembangunan Perumahan. The company was entrusted to construct large projects that were related to war compensations from the Japanese government. In 1971, the company became PT PP (Persero). Currently, the company owns seven subsidiaries, namely PP Property, PP Infrastructure, PP Energy, PP Urban, PP Presisi, PT Sinergi Colomadu, and PP Semarang Demak. Some prominent projects are including power plants and transmission lines in several locations in Indonesia, Holtekam Bridge in Jayapura, Siak Bridge in Riau, Kemang View Apartment, Landmark Pluit Apartment, etc. The corporate office is on Plaza PP – Wisma Subiyanto, Jl.
