Considering the decision of the Commercial Court at the Central Jakarta District Court Number: 300/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2023/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst., dated January 23, 2024, which declared the bankruptcy of PT Eterindo Wahanatama Tbk., as well as information regarding the cessation of operational activities and indications of doubts about the Company's ability to continue its operations (going concern), the Exchange has decided to temporarily suspend the trading securities of PT Eterindo Wahanatama Tbk. (ETWA) on all markets, effective from the first trading session on February 1, 2024, until further notice.
