In connection with the significant increase in the cumulative price of PT Sarana Mitra Luas Tbk (SMIL) Shares, in the context of cooling down as a form of protection for Investors, PT Bursa Efek Indonesia deems it necessary to temporarily suspend the trading of PT Sarana Mitra Luas Tbk (SMIL) Shares and Warrant Series I PT Sarana Mitra Luas Tbk (SMIL-W) on 21 April 2025.

The temporary suspension of trading of PT Sarana Mitra Luas Tbk (SMIL) Shares is carried out in Regular Market and Cash Market, while the temporary suspension of trading of Series I Warrants of PT Sarana Mitra Luas Tbk (SMIL-W) is carried out in All Markets, with the aim of providing adequate time for market participants to consider carefully based on the information available in each investment decision making in PT Sarana Mitra Luas Tbk (SMIL) Shares and Series I Warrants of PT Sarana Mitra Luas Tbk (SMIL-W).
