JAKARTA – On Tuesday, April 15, transactions involving foreign investors on the Indonesia Stock Exchange were still concluded with a net sell. Foreign net sell decreased to 781.40 million shares today from 497.92 million shares on the previous trading day.

In addition, the number of foreign trades today was lower than that of the previous trading day (April 14), when it was in the range of 4 billion shares. Only 3.65 billion shares of stock were purchased by foreign investors all whole today. Today, foreign investors registered a net sell of 781.40 million shares, with a sales volume (foreign sell) of 4.44 billion shares.

Once more, foreigners trade the most shares of PT GOTO Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO). This digital parent issuer has a buying volume of 1.50 billion shares and a selling volume of 1.94 billion shares. At 437.91 million shares, the IDX recorded the largest net sell in this issuer.

After that, PT Darma Henwa Tbk (DEWA)'s net sell was 113.83 million shares. The mining contractor's foreign investors sold 146.84 million shares while purchasing 33.01 million shares. Foreign investors of PT Selaras Citra Nusantara Perkasa Tbk (SCNP) did not buy any shares at all but sold 64.16 million shares, so that this medical device manufacturing issuer net sold the same amount.

After its foreign investors purchased 77.13 million shares and sold over 133.75 million, the home equipment retailer PT Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia Tbk (ACES) saw a net sell volume of 56.61 million shares. Lastly, PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI), the banking issuer, made a net sell of almost 51 million shares, with 18 million shares bought and 68.88 million sold.

At 55.81 million shares, PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL) was the issuer with the biggest net buy today. 18.11 million shares were sold, and 73.92 million shares were purchased by foreign investors in this oil and gas tanker issuer.

With a net buy of 41.57 million shares, mineral mining issuer PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) came in second. ANTM's foreign investors sold approximately 55.73 million and bought 97.31 million.

PT Nusantara Sejahtera Raya Tbk (CNMA) and PT Maharaksa Biru Energi Tbk (OASA) followed suit with net buy volumes of 23.47 million CNMA and 20.71 million OASA, respectively. Nevertheless, the two had quite different quantities of foreign transactions. The volume of international purchases and sales for CNMA was around 26.25 million and 2.77 million, respectively.

In the meantime, OASA's foreign investors sold 73.16 million shares and bought 93.88 million shares.

Finally, when foreigners purchased 25.54 million of its shares and sold only about 8.13 million, telecoms infrastructure operator PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR) made a net buy of 17.40 million shares. (KD)
