JAKARTA— On Tuesday, April 15, PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk (BRMS), a mineral mining issuer, still leads the list of changes in share ownership exceeding 5% of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. PT Maybank Sekuritas Indonesia, which bought 7.43 billion BRMS on the previous trading day, bought an additional 6.51 billion shares. This investor's share amount grew from 5.24% to 9.83%.

Additionally, Paul Andreas acquired 6.01% of the lifestyle industry issuer, PT Artha Mahiya Investama Tbk (AIMS), as a new investor. Through PT KB Valbury Sekuritas, he purchased 13.23 million shares of AIMS.

Manoj Pitamber Nanwani, another private investor, boosted his stake in PT Wintermar Offshore Marine Tbk (WINS), a company that provides oil and gas transportation services, by 900,000 shares, bringing his total stake to 5.81%. This purchase was conducted via PT CGS International Sekuritas Indonesia.

PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk, the controller of PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk (ADMR), acquired 10 million shares in this metallurgical issuer, giving it an overall 84.32% stake.

A foreign investor, Advance Opportunities Fund, then acquired 10 million shares of PT PT Techno9 Indonesia Tbk (NINE), acquiring 16.35% of the information technology issuer's shares.

However, DB SPORE SES CLT A/C FOR Albula Investment Fund Ltd. sold 64.15 million shares of PT Selaras Citra Nusantara Perkasa Tbk (SCNP), a manufacturer of home appliances, through BUT Deutsche Bank AG, resulting in the highest stake drop. Its share amount fell to 9.9%.

UOB Kay Hian Private Limited, another foreign investor, also sold 200,000 shares of PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk (TUGU), leaving 15.86% of the stake.

Furthermore, through two securities, PT Majukarya Mandiri Indonesia sold 24.84 million shares of PT Sumber Energi Andalan Tbk (ITMA), bringing its stake in the mining and energy consultancy company down to 7.77%.

Two controllers sold shares to close market hints. Through PT KB Valbury Sekuritas, PT Interra Djaya Karya sold 13.44 million shares of PT Harta Djaya Karya Tbk (MEJA), a furniture maker. 52.15% of the shares are now owned.

Lastly, by the sale of 254,387 shares through PT Sinarmas Sekuritas, PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala decreased its ownership stake in financial services provider PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA) to 51.51%. (KD)
