JAKARTA – PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk (ANJT) has decided not to distribute dividends for the 2024 financial year.

The company’s entire net profit will be allocated to retained earnings in order to strengthen working capital, given the challenges currently facing the market.

The decision was made during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on Thursday (22/5).

In 2024, ANJT recorded a net profit of USD 9.2 million, a sharp increase of 106.7% compared to USD 4.4 million in 2023.

ANJT President Director, Suhendro, stated that this achievement demonstrates the company’s resilience in navigating challenges over the past year.

“This significant net profit growth reflects our commitment to operational efficiency and the implementation of sustainable business practices,” said Suhendro in a press release issued on Friday (23/5).

Over the past five days, ANJT’s share price has declined by 0.57% from IDR 1,745 to IDR 1,745 per share. However, over the past month, ANJT shares have risen by 3.25%. (DK/ZH)
