DUTI targets IDR 2.18 trillion in marketing sales for 2025

JAKARTA – Property developer under Sinar Mas Group, PT Duta Pertiwi Tbk (DUTI), is targeting marketing sales of IDR 2.18 trillion for 2025.
This target is lower than the marketing sales realised in 2024, which reached IDR 2.49 trillion, but exceeds the initial 2024 target of IDR 2.1 trillion.
Management at Duta Pertiwi explained that the 2025 target takes into account opportunities in the property industry and the company’s strong performance last year.
“Most of the company’s 2025 marketing sales will still be contributed by the residential segment, accounting for 67%, particularly from Grand Wisata and Kota Wisata,” the company wrote in its 2024 Annual Report published on Monday (26/5).
Meanwhile, commercial projects—especially shop-houses in Grand Wisata and Kota Wisata—are expected to contribute 33% to DUTI’s marketing sales target. The apartment segment also remains a key contributor, particularly from Aerium Apartment and Southgate Apartment.
In 2024, DUTI’s marketing sales were dominated by the residential segment, which contributed IDR 1.45 trillion. The remaining IDR 1.04 trillion came from commercial sales.
DUTI also recorded operating revenue of IDR 4.42 trillion in 2024, well above its initial target of IDR 3.58 trillion, or 123.52% of the goal.
In line with higher revenue, DUTI posted a net profit of IDR 1.38 trillion for the year. However, this figure is only 94.86% of its initial target of IDR 1.45 trillion. (DH/KR/ZH)
