JAKARTA – PT Era Media Sejahtera Tbk (DOOH) has announced a change in its controlling shareholder after PT Sinergi Internasional Investama (SII) completed its acquisition on 30 July 2026.

According to the company's disclosure on Thursday (30/7), SII acquired 3.94 billion shares from PT Prambanan Investasi Sukses. The transaction represents 51.00% of the company's issued and paid-up capital.

Prior to the acquisition, PT Prambanan Investasi Sukses held 5.11 billion shares, equivalent to 66.09% of the company's total shares, while public shareholders (scripless) owned 2.62 billion shares, or 33.91%.

Following the completion of the acquisition, the company's shareholding structure is as follows:

  • PT Sinergi Internasional Investama: 51.00%
  • PT Prambanan Investasi Sukses: 15.09%
  • Public shareholders: 33.91%

The company's management also stated that the change in control would not disrupt its operations, legal standing, financial condition or business continuity, and would not diminish the rights of its shareholders.

During the first trading session on Friday (31/7), as of 10:18 AM Western Indonesian Time, DOOH shares were up 11.86% at IDR 264 apiece.

Over the past month alone, DOOH shares have surged 151.43%, although they remain down 9.59% since the start of 2026. (DK/ZH)
