SMRA posts IDR 332 billion profit in first half of 2026
JAKARTA – PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) reported net profit of IDR 332.39 billion in the first half of 2026, down 34% from IDR 503.51 billion in the same period last year.
According to the company's latest financial statements, revenue fell 7.2% to IDR 4.25 trillion from IDR 4.58 trillion in the first half of 2025.
Property development remained the largest contributor, generating revenue of IDR 2.56 trillion, down 13.9% from IDR 2.97 trillion.
Residential property sales contributed the most at IDR 1.89 trillion, followed by commercial buildings at IDR 399.07 billion, land plots at IDR 163.02 billion, apartments at IDR 72.10 billion, warehouses at IDR 21.21 billion, office buildings at IDR 8.86 billion, and other revenue of IDR 163.08 billion.
Meanwhile, the investment property segment recorded revenue growth of 4.1% to IDR 1.20 trillion from IDR 1.15 trillion.
The largest contribution came from shopping centres and retail properties at IDR 1.09 trillion, followed by office buildings at IDR 122.28 billion, commercial properties and other assets at IDR 63.72 billion, and residential properties at IDR 95.40 million.
Revenue from other business segments increased 7.8% to IDR 493.68 billion from IDR 457.69 billion.
This consisted of hotel revenue of IDR 220.39 billion, property and estate management services of IDR 218.57 billion, recreation businesses of IDR 29.21 billion, and other business lines of IDR 12.12 billion.
Cost of revenue and direct costs fell 7% to IDR 2.12 trillion from IDR 2.28 trillion in the first half of 2025.
On the balance sheet, SMRA's total assets stood at IDR 41.30 trillion as of 30 June 2026, up 7.7% from IDR 38.34 trillion at the end of 2025.
Total liabilities increased 11.5% to IDR 24.91 trillion from IDR 22.34 trillion at the end of 2025.
Meanwhile, total equity rose 2.4% to IDR 16.39 trillion from IDR 16.00 trillion at the end of last year. (DH/ZH)
