JAKARTA - PT Pioneerindo Gourmet International Tbk (PTSP) has yet to distribute dividends from profits for the 2022 financial year, despite improved performance. In the last two years, this issuer has not distributed dividends due to loss-making performance.

Based on the data compiled by on Tuesday (30/5), this issuer collected a net profit for the 2022 fiscal year of IDR 8.71 billion, all of which was allocated for operational needs and investment for opening new stores. Total assets and equity of PTPS were recorded at IDR 291.72 billion and IDR 135.07 billion, respectively.

The issuer's absence from distributing dividends has occurred in the last four to three years since 2020. In 2020, PTSP recorded a loss attributable to the parent entity of IDR 48.07 billion and in 2021 a loss of IDR 17.60 billion.

As of April 2023, the issuer's shares were recorded at 220.80 million with the owner's structure namely, PT Graha Sentosa 27.63%, Standard Chartered Bank 14.14%, Union Bancaire 10.33%, PT Bayu Buana Tbk (BAYU) 8.9%, and the public 39%. (LK/LM)
