JAKARTA - PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (INDF) appointed six underwriters for its bond offering. Those underwriters are PT Mandiri Sekuritas, PT BCA Sekuritas, PT CGS CIMB Sekuritas Indonesia, PT DBS Vickers Sekuritas Indonesia, PT Indopremier Sekuritas, and PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (TRIM).
As cited from the company's disclosure of information, Victor Suhendra, Corporate Secretary of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (INDF) stated that the company planned to offer the bonds in rupiah. "The company has been preparing to issue its bonds and appoint six underwriters," he said.
However, Suhendra did not explain detail about the number of bond would be offered.
In the third quarter of 2018, Indofood recorded sales of Rp 54.74 trillion, 3.1% higher than the number from the same period of 2017 (Rp 53.12 trillion). The company's profit for the year was recorded at Rp 2.82 trillion, 13.6% lower than Rp 3.26 trillion recorded last year. (LK/AR)
