JAKARTA - PT Mas Murni Indonesia Tbk (MAMI) will release 7,186,536,170 shares with a price of Rp 100 per share in its rights issue. The company estimated that it would obtain Rp 718.65 billion from the rights issue, which will be used to expand its business.
Based on the company's disclosure of information, the management will allocate Rp 370 billion of the funds to take over the Mandatory Obligation Conversion (OWK) of PT Anugerah Mitra Lestari, which was owned by Brentfield Investments Limited (BIL), purchase a land 19 hectares wide at Megamendung, Cisarua (Rp 80 billion), and the remaining funds will be used as working capital.
The company also released 1,796,634,042 warrants with a price of Rp 130 per share. The ratio of the warrants is 4:3 with a period of three years. The rights issue will be conducted on 13-24 May 2019. (LK/AR)
