Wika Gedung targets 24.6% revenue growth this year

JAKARTA - PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk (WEGE) targets revenue of Rp 7.72 trillion or a growth of 24.61% compared to last year's realization.

Nariman Prasetyo, President Director of WEGE, said that the target is to reach the target, with the target to obtain a contract of Rp 22.78 trillion, up 37.4 percent from last year's realization of Rp 16.24 trillion.

"The total contract consists of this year's new contract target of Rp 11.98 trillion and 2018 carry over of Rp 10.8 trillion," he said in Jakarta, Thursday (3/21).

The acquisition of the contract this year is planned to come from the government 36%, BUMN 31%, and the private sector 33%. Whereas the types of projects mentioned comprise of 24% offices, 30% public facilities, 35% residential and 12% commercial portions.

For projects carried out this year, some of them are Surabaya CBD which has reached 82.47% per February.

In addition, there is Cibubur Transpark which has been realized 82.3%, Podomoro Golf View 95%, Tamansari Urbano 93.38%, Pullman Mandalika Hotel 37.6%, Al-Jabbar Great Mosque 96.78%, Corneil & Denver Apartments in Surabaya 25%, and SEO Office Ministry.

While for sales outside the KSO, WEGE targets a figure of Rp 7.08 trillion, up 21.6 percent from last year's realization of Rp 5.82 trillion. While in terms of the net profit target, it is targeted at Rp 533 billion or grew 19.92% from the realization in 2018. (AM/LM)
