JAKARTA - PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk (WEGE) allocated Rp 1. 1 trillion of capital expenditure (CapEx) in 2019, higher than the budget in 2018 (Rp 667 billion). This CapEx allocation will be used to construct social infrastructures and public facilities.
Nariman Prasetyo, President Director of PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk (WEGE) stated that the company has projected the CapEx in 2019 is going to be higher than in 2018.
However, the management cannot use CapEx to be exactly according to the plan due to the risk management, even though the company has a working plan (RKAP). The composition of CapEx allocation is concession (71%), fixed assets (13%), and others. (LK/AR/W)
