JAKARTA - PT PP Presisi Tbk (PPRE) decided to distribute cash dividends of Rp 97.9 billion. This figure is equivalent to 30% of the company's net income in 2018.
"Each shareholder will receive a cash dividend of Rp 9.58 per share, an increase of 73.6% from Rp 5.52 per share last year as a form of our commitment to increase shareholder's value," said Benny Pidakso, Finance Director of PP Presisi in the press conference.
For information, PP Presisi's net income in 2018 was recorded at Rp 326.4 billion, up by 73.4% from Rp 188.3 billion in 2017. As much as 5% of net profit or Rp 16.3 billion was allocated for reserves, while the remaining 65% or Rp 212.2 billion was recorded as retained earnings.
The company's revenue during 2018 was recorded at Rp 3.05 trillion, up significantly from the previous year of Rp 1.81 trillion. The largest contribution came from the construction segment amounting to Rp 2.48 trillion, followed by equipment leasing of Rp 382.53 billion and ready mix of Rp 185.35 billion. (LM)
