JAKARTA - The results of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) of PT PP Presisi Tbk (PPRE) have approved changes in the board of directors and commissioners.
The following is the composition of the directors of PP Presisi: President Director Iswanto Amperawan, Director Benny Pidakso, Director M. Wira Zukhrial, Independent Director Gatut Kristuharto.
Then the new board of commissioners are: President Commissioner Agus Purbianto, Commissioner Rukmini Triastuti, Independent Commissioner Ketut Darmawan, Independent Commissioner Sarwono Oetomo.
In addition to approving changes to the board of directors and commissioners, today's AGM agenda also agreed to distribute dividends of Rp 97.9 billion. For information, PP Presisi's net income in 2018 was recorded at Rp 326.4 billion, up by 73.4% from Rp 188.3 billion in 2017. (LM)
