PP Properti aims to increase its marketing sales by 20%

JAKARTA - PT Pembangunan Perumahan Properti Tbk (PPRO) aims to increase its marketing sales by 20%, which will be followed by revenue growth of 17% by the end of 2019. In 2018, the company recorded marketing sales of Rp 3.48 trillion, 13% higher than its record in 2017 (Rp 3,01 trillion).

As quoted from the press release, Taufik Hidayat, President Director of PT PP Properti Tbk (PPRO), said that the growing marketing sales showed the improvement of the company's performance in 2018.

In 2018, growth in marketing sales was experienced by several of the company's projects, including Grand Shamaya Project, Surabaya (30%), Laguna Grand Dharmahusada, Surabaya (18%), Westown View, Surabaya (15%), Laguna Grand Sungkono, Surabaya (13%), Grand Kamala Lagoon, Kalimalang, Jakarta (6%), and others. The company generated a profit of Rp. 471 billion, up from Rp. 444 billion recorded in 2017. (LK/AR)
