Trisula Textile Industries prepares Rp 12 billion of capex this year

29 April 2019 18:53

JAKARTA - PT Trisula Textile Industries Tbk (BELL) has budgeted capital expenditure or Capital Expenditure (Capex) of Rp 12 billion this year, for the rejuvenation of its production equipment.

Kasonggo W.D, President Director of BELL, said this year's Capex will use the company's internal funds. The reason, said Kasonggo, is that the company still has the remaining proceeds from the public offering (Initial Public Offering) of Rp 12.14 billion. "We still have funds left from the IPO. It means that it can be fully internal," Kasonggo said on Monday (4/29) today when met by idnfinancials.com.

Through the Capex fund, BELL will revitalize 12 units of fabric production machines. Kasonggo admitted that the revitalization of this machine would significantly increase the company's production. Revitalizing 12 machines, automatically adds output," said Kasonggo.

The additional production capacity after revitalizing 12 machines is around 10 thousand to 15 thousand meters of fabric per month. "With this machine, production will be better and more efficient," added Kasonggo. (KR/LM))
