Totalindo revises new contract target to Rp 2.5 trillion

JAKARTA - PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk (TOPS) eyes new contracts worth Rp 2.5 trillion this year. The target is a revision from the company’s initial target of Rp 2.2 trillion.

“This is because we are optimistic thanks to our new contracts worth Rp 1.66 trillion from project pipelines of around Rp 8 trillion as of late April,” TOPS Corporate Secretary Novita Festiani told Kontan.co.id, Friday (3/5).

Throughout the first four months of 2019, TOPS pocketed Rp 1.66 trillion in new contracts. The contracts are from five projects, namely Kingland Avenue Apartment, the Indonesian Attorney General’s Office’s Asset Recovery Centre project, Cilangkap Apartment, Sahid Asena Apartment, and Tower B at Klapa Village Apartment.

From the new contract target, TOPS targets revenue growth of 37.93% year on year (yoy) to Rp 2 trillion this year. The company also targets current profit hike of 551.46% to Rp 200 billion. (MS)
