JAKARTA. PT PP Presisi Tbk (PPRE) is expected to be able to reach its net profit target of Rp. 600 billion at the end of this year.
Reza Priyambada, Senior Adviser at CSA Research Institute, said that the target would be achieved if performance growth could be maintained as in the first quarter (Q1) 2019. "Assuming such high growth could be maintained in several other quarters which are also supported by revenue, "Priyambada said on Tuesday (7/5) through a written statement.
Priyambada added that net profit growth would make the PPRE's Earning Per Share (EPS) ratio stronger. At present, PPRE's EPS is at the level of Rp. 60 per share.
For information, PPRE's net profit for Q1 this year grew by 54.6% to Rp 92.2 billion, from Rp 59.6 billion in the same quarter of the previous year. Based on PPRE's performance and targets, Priyambada believed that PPRE shares are worth to buy this year. "It can be recommended," Priyambada said. (KR/AR)
