JAKARTA. PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk (ROTI) will distribute cash dividends of Rp 59.72 billion, 35% of its net profit in 2018 (Rp 9.65 per share).
Stephen Orlando, Public Relations of ROTI, said that this decision had been approved by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) held on Wednesday (8/5).
"Cash dividends are scheduled to be distributed on 31 May 2019," Orlando told idnfinancials.com on Wednesday (8/5).
For additional information, the company's 2018 net profit of Rp 173 billion, was higher than its net profit in 2017 of Rp 135 billion. The net profit growth was supported by sales performance which reached Rp 2.77 trillion, growing from Rp 2.5 trillion recorded in the previous period. (KR/AR)
