JAKARTA - PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (ADHI) has decided to distribute dividends of Rp 128.83 billion to shareholders. The decision was made at the company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) at the Pullman Hotel, Central Jakarta on Thursday (9/5).
The amount is 20% of the company’s 2018 net profit. In that year ADHI pocketed net profit of Rp 644.16 billion, higher than its 2017 net profit of Rp 515.41 billion.
ADHI’s AGM also resulted in a number of changes in the company’s Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors. Muchlis Rantoni Luddin was honourably discharged from his position as Independent Commissioner and replaced by Abdul Muni, while Pundjung Setya Brata was reappointed as Operation Director II. (MS)
