JAKARTA. In its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM), PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD), agreed to distribute dividends of Rp 2 per share.
Of the total annual profit attributable to the owners of the parent entity (Rp 203.67 billion), Rp 2 billion of which will be included as the company's mandatory reserves and around Rp 20.73 billion will be distributed as dividends for 10.5 billion shares. The rest will be used by the company as retained earnings.
Dividends will be paid on 14 June 2019. With a dividend of Rp 2 per share and earnings per share of Rp 20, it means that PT Intiland Development Tbk's dividend payout ratio is 10%.
The meeting also approved the remuneration distribution of Rp. 16 billion for the company's Board of Commissioners (AM/AR)
